Sparks fly as Nige, Brundle and de Cesaris share the same piece of road at Japan in 1989. A race better known for a collision between a pair of red-and-white cars.

Martin Brundle for Ligier, Montreal, 1993.
Despite a promising pre-Formula One career, including a close last-minute loss to Ayrton Senna in the British Formula 3 series, Martin never found success in Formula One, never winning a race and never finishing higher than sixth in the World Championship, which he did in 1992 - when he was out shone by a young German named Shoe-maker or something or other.
Martin is best known now for being the voice of Formula One and his wonderful Grid Walks.

Martin Brundle for Jordan at Spa, 1996. Always thought this was one of the best liveries ever run in Formula One.
